Due to the bespoke nature of our advisory services, time, expertise, and resources are allocated from the moment an engagement begins. As such, fees paid are generally non-refundable.

 

That said, we stand behind the quality of our work and aim for complete client satisfaction. In the unlikely event that a material issue arises directly within our control, we will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve it promptly.

 

Please note that outcomes may be influenced by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to regulatory changes, third-party institutions (such as banks or government authorities), or individual client circumstances. These do not constitute grounds for refunds.
